Description: The project is located at the outskirts of Doddington near Lincoln within easy access to the A46. The site is on a commercial property on a multipurpose five acre industrial site called Cedar Parc. This is one of Newell’s projects which was developed to meet their own needs as well as that of other local business.
We were contracted to convert and change existing industrial parking units into contemporary offices through RIBA Stages 1-4. Completed 2014.

The site is located within the 150 acres of breath taking views of Goosedale Wedding Venue , a true sanctuary within unique setting in Nottinghamshire.
To the current selection of exclusive private rooms with contemporary bars and terraces for hire, this unique lakeside development increases the flexibility and opportunity for clients & families to stay within the facilities for a longer period and celebrate a unique experience within a natural lake surrounding.
We were contracted to design a masterplan as well as the individual bespoke sustainable contemporary lodges which would suit the modern luxury end of the self catering market focused on family / friends holidays as well as a romantic getaways.
The use of timber and green roofs not only allows the lodges to blend in respectfully to its surroundings, but these materials contain sustainable attributes required in todays eco design aspirations and codes.

Description: Residential development comprising 12 dwellings (6 x two bed apartments and 6 x one bed apartments) on land which currently accommodates 13 Sherwood Rise.
We have been commissioned to take the design from RIBA Stages 3 - 7. The Project has successfully gained all the statutory permissions and it is currently emerging out of the ground. We are working closely with the client and construction team in order to make this a successful build.

Subterranean Extension to Primary School.
We have been commissioned the design of a new Specialist Teaching Centre to accommodate the expansion of the school curriculum.
To every design challenge we looked beyond the existing realities and saw new possibilities. We were involved from early stages in order to make the design process a genuine partnership between client and architect, where a forum of ideas were created.
Multiple design workshop with the students allowed them to share not only their creative inspiration, but also collaboration and experimentation and
most importantly making them part of the design process (thus increasing pride for the new school and self confidence).
We are progressing a development opportunity into a holiday retreat complex located in the small village of le Cambout (Cots-D'Amor in the region of Bretagne).
The Usage could range from individual homes to a Boutique Hotel with Luxury Apartments.

The aim was to sensitively integrate new housing into the surrounding upper town historic fabric of Gibraltar. The project aimed to act as a catalyst and model for further urban regeneration, creating environmental, economic and social community within the upper town of Gibraltar.
We collaborated with Gamma Concepts in order to visualize their design concepts into 3 dimensional images.

proposing the design and construction of a rear kitchen extension with a raised external dining area. The design uplifted the rear facade as well as maximising golf course views and incorporating the existing sun room into the modern proposal. This created a bright open modern kitchen / diner / living with external dining .
We were commissioned to submit an application proposing the uplift of the existing property. This entailed front side and rear extensions as well as facade treatments.
Internal the spaces was opened up to create the much needed family area separate utility and a music room.

We were commissioned to act as consultants for a well known UK Charity with a view to expanding their portfolio into a Grade 2 Listed Building.
We looked into and studied all areas of conserving the proposed Listed and historical building. We gave early advice on site meeting and inspections on options for preserving and maintaining the property as well as investigating possible new uses and alterations which can ensure a sustainable future whilst fitting in with our clients brief. This also entailed giving advice on a full repairing
lease and its implications.
Currently finalising designs in order to make a full Planning / Conservation submission.

Brief Description
We have been commissioned to design a luxurious extension for a private clients home. (RIBA Stages 1- 4)
The works entailed the redesign of all the elevations and interior spaces to adapt to their new family needs -
• The design of first floor glazed extension give an open feel to the redesigned kitchen-dinner with views to garden and balcony spaces above.
• The conversion of the existing garage created a large gym with views and
access to the garden for his private use as well as PT clients.
• An inclusion of a new double garage with a granny annex above also accommodated his current parking needs as well as future proofing the
property for their possible family needs.
• A third floor extension was also made to include new bedrooms and cinema
rooms (all accessed off a double height open glazed entrance).

Description:
There is currently a large bungalow on part of the site which is to be demolished allowing the access/entrance to the industrial site to be increased.
AM2 were asked to develop a brief for the design of a large 3 bed detached house on a different part of the plot allowing separate access and giving privacy from the units on site.
The initial concept designs have been based around regularity, vertical and horizontal connected spaces allowing interaction while focusing on the central core of the kitchen.
We have been commissioned to design a mix use development in a disused industrial area by the river of a major city.
We plan to design a new economic drive force for the area, an opportunity to attract visitors and tourism that will see this location as a new socioeconomic hub.
The development will include a city of entertainment, family leisure and tourism, apart hotels, shopping, theatres, sports and much more.
We have been commissioned to design alongside planning consultants a feasibility masterplan for a countryside rural village expansion in East Midlands, UK.
